The art of storytelling is healing and revealing. A way to take characters and places born within the depths of your mind and bring them to life. Using words to carry people out of reality and immerse them into a different world. A way to paint scenes and evoke emotion in those that need to see to believe or were once numb.

To motivate and inspire. To provoke thought and influence progression. And for the experience to reach deep inside of readers, bringing something beautiful to the surface.

The same way I am moved by inspiring readers, I live for inspiring fellow writers. I want all of our stories told. The world desperately needs them. Throughout the years, I have tried a plethora of techniques to better help me create. Time was spent and lessons have been learned. Thanks to experience, I know what works best for me.

DRIVE is A. Erin Walker's third book, second novel, and first book released in three years.

A novel that follows the stories of three millennial characters as they navigate relatable highs and lows, it also dives into the battle of wanting more against appreciating what you have, the pressure to meet society’s standards against living for yourself, and finding healthy practices to heal from trauma.
